Thank you for choosing our washing machine.

Please read the following instructions carefully for easy and safe usage of
the machines many functions.

WARNINGS
T

he equipment must only be used as a domestic washing machine. Any other use
will be considered improper and therefore dangerous.
Do not touch the machine with wet hands or feet.
Do not allow children to operate the machine.
The machine must only be opened on completion of the washing cycle.
Should the need arises, switch off the machine by pressing knob (p) or by pressing and
releasing the stop pushbutton if fitted.
If the machine is located on a carpet floor, ensure that there is a circulation of air between
the machine feet and the carpet.
Carpet must not obstruct the openings in the base.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer or its service agent or
a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE

The

washing machine is a domestic appliance that is used to wash

various types of fabrics.

The machine is constructed from panels treated and painted such

that high aesthetic quality is achieved.

The motor and all moving parts have been designed and
manufactured to provide quiet operation.

The stainless steel drum is large and well mounted for a better
quality wash and longer linen life.

The control panel ensures easy selection of all the wash cycles
desired.

The large door makes loading and unloading the washing easier*.
Its excellent stability is the result of extensive research into the
equilibrium of masses in movement.

INSTALLATION
Warning!

Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel and

according to the manufacturers instructions. Incorrect
installation may cause damage or injury to persons.
The machine can be installed on any flat surface, with the ambient
temperature not less than 3 and that the cables and pipes at the rear of
the machine are not crushed.

Unpacking

Transport

the machine near to its installation place and remove the

external packing (Fig.2). If the integrity of the machine is in doubt, do not
use it. Seek advice from qualified personnel.

Warning! For transport reasons, the suspended unit located in the machine is locked
in position by four distance pieces and screws. Before operating the machine, remove
the blocking screws and insert four plastic caps to each hole accordingly.
(Fig.3) Save the screws and distance pieces for future use.
Once the screws and packing spacers have been removed, it is necessary to insert the
plugs provided, which can be found inside the bag containing the documents.

Carefully transport the machine to the connection points.

The appliance must be positioned so that the plug is accessible.
For proper operation, the machine should be installed on a flat, level surface.
Levelling can be carried by adjusting the feet (Fig.4) on the machine.
Once the machine is level, block the feet by tightening the lock nuts with a spanner.

Check

that the voltage written on the technical data table inside the manual

corresponds to the mains supply voltage.

The counter, pressure relief valve, supply lines and power connection have all been
designed for the maximum load requested.
Insert the plug in the socket, ensuring that it is fitted with an earth (Fig.5)
If the electrical socket in which the plug of the machine is inserted is unsuitable, have
the socket replaced by qualified personnel.
It is good practice to avoid the use of adapters, extension leads and multiple sockets*.

Turn on the tap and allow a good quantity of water to flow until it is clear and free from
impurities. This procedure is especially applicable in the case of new water systems or
those that have remained unused for some time.
Connect the water supply hose to the tap; inserting the filter provided, and hand
tighten (Fig.6). Check that the other end of the hose is tight on the inlet (Fig.7).
Position the discharge hose at a minimum height of 60cm, though not more than 90cm,
from the ground (Fig.8).
N.B. To prevent siphoning, do not hermetically seal the machines discharge
hose.
Remember that the hoses must not be squashed when manoeuvring the machine
against the wall.
The appliance is to be connected to the water mains using new hose-sets and that old
hose-sets should not be reused.

Stain removal

Not all stains can be removed by machine washing.

The following instructions describe the treatment to be given to material prior to being
loaded in the machine, in order to avoid an unsuccessful wash and the formation of
residual discolouring.
Wax: Remove the wax with a non-cutting edge in order to remove as much as
possible, then place a sheet of paper between an iron and the stained item.
Ball point and felt tip pens: Reduce the stain with the aid of a soft cloth
soaked in colourless 90alcohol. Be careful not to spread the stain.
Damp marks and mildew: After having checked that the item is colorfast on
a non-visible part, put it to soak in water with added bleach. Otherwise, place the
item in 10% oxygenated water and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Ironing marks: If the fabric is slightly marked, use the procedure described for
mildew.
Rust: Use an anti-rust product following the manufacturers instructions.
Chewing gum: Dilute using acetone and remove with a clean cloth.
Paint: Do not wait for the paint to dry. Treat immediately with the solvent
indicated on the paint container (water, turps, trichloroethylene). Wash with soap
and water, then rinse.
Lipstick: Dab with ether if the item is wool or cotton, or with trichloroethylene if it
is silk.
Nail varnish: Place the stained part of the item on a sheet of absorbent paper,
and then wet the other side of the item with acetone. Ensure that the sheet of
absorbent paper is changed frequently. Continue until the stain has completely
disappeared.
Metal stains: Apply lemon juice until the stain has completely or almost
disappeared.
Grease or tar: Spread some fresh butter on the stain, leave for a while then
dab with oil of turpentine.
Grass: Soap delicately, treat with dilute bleach. For woollens, 90 alcohol can
give good results.

Description of
washing symbols

Before putting the material in the machine, examine the clothing label in
order to select the correct washing programme.
The table illustrated below may be helpful.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

For each wash ensure that:

The water supply connections are secured*, the tap is turned on
(Fig.10) and the discharge hose is positioned correctly.
The programme selector (P) is in the stop position (STOP).
Then, with dry hands, insert the plug in the power socket (Fig.11).
Sort the washing into fabric types**.
Check that there are no objects in the pockets of the clothing to be
washed which may damage the fabric, washing machine or filter.
Open the door (Fig.12).
Load the washing in the machine and close the door.
N.B.Using detergent (Fig.13)

Each product poured into its respective section must not be allowed to
overflow. Should the detergent enter the softener section, the washing will
be rinsed in soapy water, leaving white marks. Vice versa, if the softener
enters the detergent section during the washing cycle, efficiency will be
affected.
Add the reduced lather detergent and softener (if required) specially
made for automatic washing machined). For the dosage, refer to the
instructions on the packet. In the case of soft water, reduce the
dosage.
N.B. Excessive use of softener may damage the fabric.
Close the soap powder container (Fig. 15).
Warning! Do not remove the soap powder container while the
machine is in operation, as this may cause water to spill out.
Select the most suitable programme and correct temperature from the
programme table***.

Press the no-spin pushbutton if required (Fig.16). When this pushbutton is pressed,
the machine completes the wash cycle without spinning. This option is useful for the
wash-n-wear clothing.
If the washing weighs 1/2kg or less, press the half-load pushbutton (Fig.17).
Light soiled materials option. Press the water saving pushbutton if required
(Fig.18) and the machine will complete automatically with one less rinse in the
process to save water.
Max. temperature option. Press the energy saving pushbutton if required (Fig.19 )
and the Max. temperature will be limited to 60 to save energy.
To start the machine, pull the program knob (P) if required (Fig.21), or if the machine
has pushbutton, press the start pushbutton (Fig.20): the luminous indicator will light
up.
If the required program position is accidentally passed, interrupt the program by
pressing the programmer knob (P) (Fig.21), or , if fitted, press the start pushbutton
to turn the machine off (Fig.20). Rotate the programmer (P) in a clockwise direction
until the required position is reached. Pull the programmer knob out again (P)
(Fig.21) or, if fitted, press the start pushbutton (Fig.20).
It is always possible, though not advisable, to add clothes which have been leftover
during the main washing cycle.
To do this, proceed as follows:
Always check, by looking through the transparent door, that there is no water
in the drum, otherwise rotate programmer knob (P) to the discharge position.
If there is no water in the drum, press programmer knob (P) (Fig.21), or press and
release the stop pushbutton if fitted (fig.20).
Wait approximately 3minutes (Fig.22) to allow the safety devices to de-activate.
Open the door (Fig.12); add the leftover clothing and re-close the door.
If required, add low lather detergent. To start the machine, pull programmer knob (P)
(Fig.21), or if the machine has pushbuttons, press the start pushbutton (Fig.20).
The indicator light will be illuminated (Fig.23).
At the end of the washing program, the machine will stop at one of the STOP
positions on the programmer (P).
Press the programmer knob (P) (Fig.21), or press and release the stop pushbutton
if fitted (Fig.20).
Wait three (3) minutes for the door to unlock (Fig.22).
Remove the washing.
With dry hands, disconnect the machine from the mains supply (Fig.11).
Turn off the water tap (Fig.24).

MAINTENANCE
Introduction

Our washing machine does not need any particular or complicated

maintenance operations, in that it has been designed for a long working
life. Nevertheless, some care and attention are recommended*. Before
carrying out the following operations, ensure that the machine is
disconnected from the electricity supply (Fig.11) and the water is turned
off (Fig.25).

This is carried out each time when there is a build up of soap powder in
the container.
The procedure can be carried out simply by extracting the pull-out
container from its housing (a sharp pull is required to overcome the
stopper) (Fig.26) and rinsing it under a jet of water.
The machine must not be cleaned with solvents. A slightly soapy wet cloth
is sufficient.

Pump filter
cleaning

This is carried out periodically. Ensure the machine is empty and there is

no water in the tub and the electricity supply is disconnected (Fig.5).

The operation is carried out by placing a basin or cloth under the filter
cover to soak residual water (Fig.27).
The filter is removed from its seating by rotating it half a turn in an
anticlockwise direction and pulling outwards (Fig.28). The filter is
cleaned under a jet of water, ensuring that all trapped particles are
removed.
Then replace the filter in its housing, rotating it clockwise until it locks in
position (Fig.29).

IF THE MACHINE DOES NOT WORK

Before consulting the technical assistance service, check that the
following operations have been carried out. This may lead to a saving in
both time and money.

1) The power supply is available at the mains.
2) The plug is inserted correctly in the socket.
3) The programmer knob (P) is pulled out, or the start pushbutton (if
fitted) is pressed*.
4) The door is closed.
5) Consult technical assistance.

4) The soap powder container is not blocked.
5) The detergent is the correct type for the washing machine.

Bienvenue! Merci d'avoir choisi notre machine laver.

Veuillez lire ces instructions soigneusement pour un usage facile et en scurit

des diverses fonctions de cette machine laver.

ATTENTION
Cet quipement doit tre uniquement utilis pour l'usage domestique.
Une autre utilisation sera considre comme impropre et par consquent dangereuse.
Ne pas toucher la machine avec les mains ou pieds mouills.
Ne pas laisser les enfants utiliser la machine.
La machine doit tre ouverte seulement la fin complet du cycle de lavage.
Si ncessaire, teindre la machine en appuyant sur le bouton (p) ou en appuyant et
en relchant le bouton stop.
Si la machine est pose sur un tapis, s'assurer de l'existence de la circulation
de l'air entre le bas de la machine et le tapis.
Le tapis ne doit pas gner l'ouverture de la base.
Si le cordon d'alimentation est endommag, il doit tre remplac par une
personne qualifie pour viter tout risque.

DESCRIPTION DE LA MACHINE
La machine laver est un appareil qui est utilis pour laver divers
types de tissus.

La machine est fabrique avec des panneaux traits et peints

ralisant ainsi une haute qualit esthtique.
Le moteur et toutes les parties amovibles ont t conus
et fabriqus pour garantir un fonctionnement sans bruit.
Le tambour en acier inoxydable est grand et parfaitement install
pour une meilleure qualit de lavage et une plus longue dure de vie du linge.
Le tableau de commande permet une slection facile de tous
les cycles souhaits de lavage
La porte large rend plus facile le chargement et le dchargement de la lessive.
Son excellente stabilit est le rsultat de recherches approfondies
dans le domaine de l'quilibre des masses en mouvement.

INSTALLATION
Avertissement ! L'installation doit tre effectue par un personnel
qualifi et conformment aux instructions du fabricant.
Une installation incorrecte peut provoquer des dgts.

La machine peut tre installe sur n'importe quelle surface plate, dont
la temprature ambiante est infrieure 30C et que les cbles et les
tuyaux l'arrire de la machine ne soient pas crass.

Transporter

la machine prs du lieu d'installation et enlever l'emballage

extrieur (Fig.2). Si l'tat de la machine est suspect, ne pas l'utiliser.
Demander l'avis d'un personnel qualifi.

Attention! Pour des raisons de transport , le bloc suspendu fix l'intrieur de la

machine est maintenu en place par quatre lments de sparation et vis. Avant
de mettre la machine en marche, retirer les vis de blocage.
(Fig.3) Garder les vis et les lments de sparation pour une utilisation ultrieure.
Une fois avoir enlev les vis et les lments de sparation , il est ncessaire de
brancher les fiches fournies qui se trouvent l'intrieur du sac contenant la documentation

ransporter la machine avec beaucoup de prcaution jusqu'aux points de branchement.

L'appareil doit tre install de manire ce que la prise de courant soit accessible.
Pour une utilisation correcte, la machine doit tre installe sur une surface plate.
L'quilibre peut tre maintenu en rglant les pieds de la machine (Fig.4) .
Une fois la machine stabilise, bloquer les pieds en resserrant les contre-crous avec une cl.

Introduire la fiche dans une prise de terre (Fig.5)
Si la prise de courant dans laquelle la fiche de la machine est branche est
inapproprie, faire remplacer la prise de courant par un personnel qualifi.

Il est prfrable d'viter l'utilisation de transformateurs, de rallonges et de prises multiples*.

O uvrir le robinet et laisser couler une grande quantit d'eau jusqu' ce qu'elle soit

Brancher le tuyau d'alimentation d'eau au robinet en installant le filtre fourni

et serrer manuellement (Fig.6). S'assurer que l'autre bout du tuyau est bien fix l'arrive (Fig.7).

Placer le tuyau d'vacuation une hauteur minimum de 60 cm et moins de 90 cm

du sol (Fig.8).
N.B. Pour viter le bouchage, ne pas fermer hermtiquement le tuyau d'vacuation
de la machine.
Si le systme d'eau n'est pas dot d'un systme d'vacuation, utiliser le dispositif

spcial en "U" pour accrocher le tuyau au-dessus du bord de la cuve et le fixer au robinet(fig.9).

Se rappeler que les tuyaux ne doivent pas tre crass en plaant la machine
contre le mur.
L'appareil doit tre branch aux canalisations d'eau en utilisant des tuyaux neufs et
les tuyaux anciens ne doivent pas tre rutiliss.

Enlvement des taches

Toutes les taches ne peuvent tre enleves par un lavage en machine.

Les instructions suivantes dcrivent le traitement appliquer au tissu avant de le
mettre dans la machine, afin d'viter un lavage imparfait et l'apparition d'une teinte
ternie rsiduelle.
Cire: Enlever la cire avec un objet non tranchant afin d'enlever le maximum
possible, ensuite mettre une feuille de papier entre un fer repasser et le linge tach.

Stylos bille et feutre: Eliminer la tache avec un tissu doux imbib

d'alcool 90 Faire attention ne pas rpandre la tache.

Traces humides et moisissures: Aprs avoir vrifi que le linge ne dteint
pas sur une partie non visible, le tremper dans l'eau en y ajoutant de l'eau de javel.
Sinon, le mettre dans l'eau oxygne 10% et le laisser pendant 10-15 minutes
Traces de repassage: s'il y a des traces lgres sur le tissu, utiliser la procdure
dcrite pour la moisissure.
Rouille: utiliser un produit anti-rouille suivant les instructions du fabricant.
Chewing gum: Le diluer en utilisant l'actone et le dtacher avec un tissu propre.
Peinture: ne pas attendre que la peinture sche. Traiter immdiatement
avec le solvant indiqu sur le pot de peinture (eau, trbenthine, trichlorthylne)
Laver avec du savon et de l'eau, ensuite rincer.
Rouge lvres: Tamponner avec l'ther si l'article est en laine ou coton ou
avec le trichlorthylne s'il est en soie.
Vernis ongle:Mettre la partie tache de l'article sur une feuille de papier
absorbant, ensuite mouiller l'autre partie de l'article avec l'actone. Veiller
ce que la feuille de papier asborbant soit change souvent. Continuer jusqu'
disparition complte ou presque de la tache.
Taches de mtal: appliquer du jus de citron jusqu' disparition complte
ou presque de la tache.
Graisse ou goudron: taler un peu de beure frais sur la tache, laisser
pendant un moment, ensuite tamponner avec de l'huile de trbentine.
Herbe: savonner lgrement, traiter avec de l'eau de javel dilue.Pour les lainages
l'alcool 90C peut donner de bons rsultas.

Mode de fonctionnement

Pour chaque lavage s'assurer que :

Les branchements d'alimentation d'eau sont fixs, que le robinet
est ouvert (Fig.10) et que le tuyau d'vacuation est correctement install.
Le slecteur de programme (P) indique la position (STOP).
Ensuite, avec les mains sches, introduire la fiche dans la prise (Fig.11).
Trier la lessive selon le type de tissus**.
S'assurer qu'il n'y a pas d'objets dans les poches du vtement qui
doit tre lav ce qui pourrait endommager le tissu, la machine laver ou le filtre

Ouvrir la porte (Fig.12).

Mettre la lessive dans la machine et fermer la porte.
N.B. Lorsque vous utilisez un dtergent liquide (recommand
pour les programmes sans prlavages), introduire le gobelet de
dtergent fourni (Fig 13) et se conformer aux instructions sur l'emballage
.

Ne pas oublier de retirer le gobelet de dtergent liquide lorsque vous
utilisez le savon en poudre (Fig.14). Lorsque vous remplissez le rcipient
de savon en poudre, il ne faut pas laisser dborder chaque produit vers
dans la partie approprie. Si le dtergent pntre dans le compartiment
de l'adoucisseur, la lessive sera rince dans l'eau savonneuse, laissant
des traces blanches.Inversement, si l'adoucisseur pntre dans le compartiment du dtergent.

Ajouter un dtergent et un adoucisseur peu moussant(si ncessaire)

spcialement fait pour les machines laver automatiques. Pour le
dosage, se reporter aux instructions sur l'emballage. Lorsque
l'eau est douce, rduire le dosage.
N.B. L'utilisation excessive d'adoucisseurs pourrait endommager le tissu.

Fermer le rcipient de savon en poudre (Fig. 15).

Attention! Ne pas retirer le rcipient de savon en poudre
lorsque la machine est en marche.
Slectionner le programme le plus appropri et la temprature la plus
convenable sur la table des programmes***.

Prslectionner l'utilisation du bouton" thermostat (T)et programmeur (P).

Ne pas tourner le bouton du programmeur (P) dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre.

Appuyer sur le presse-bouton no spin si ncessaire (Fig.16). Lorsque le bouton

de commande est actionn, la machine complte le cycle de lavage sans rotation.
Cette option est efficace pour les vtements laver et porter.
Si la charge pse 2.5kg ou moins, appuyer sur le bouton demi charge(Fig.17).
Options de tissus lgrement salis. Appuyer sur le bouton d'conomie d'eau
si ncessaire(Fig.18) et la machine s'arrtera automatiquement avec un rinage
en moins pour conomiser l'eau.
Option de temprature maximum. Appuyer sur le bouton d'conomie d'lectricit
si ncessaire(Fig 19) et la temprature maximum s'tablira pour conomiser l'lectricit.
Pour dclencher la machine, tirer le bouton du programmeur(P)si ncessaire (Fig.21), ou si la
machine a un presse-bouton, appuyer sur le presse-bouton (Fig.20): l'indicateur
lumineux s'allumera.
Si la position du programmeur est dpasse par inadvertance, interrompre le
programme en appuyant sur le bouton du programme (P) (Fig.21),ou si c'est
ncessaire appuyer sur le bouton de mise en marche pour arrter la machine(Fig.20).
Tourner le programmeur (P) dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre jusqu' atteindre
la position voulue.Retirer de nouveau le bouton du programmeur(Fig.21).
Il est toujours possible, bien que cela ne soit pas conseill, d'ajouter des vtements
qui ont t mis de ct.
Pour ce faire, procder de la manire suivante :
Toujours vrifier, en regardant travers la porte transparente, qu'il n' y a pas
d'eau dans le tambour, sinon tourner le bouton du programmeur (P) en position dchargement.

S'il n'y a a pas d'eau dans le tambour, appuyer sur le bouton du programmeur(P) (Fig.21),

ou appuyer puis relcher le presse-bouton d'arrt (fig.20).

Attendre approximativement 3 minutes (Fig.22) pour permettre la dsactivation du
dispositif de scurit.Ouvrir la porte (Fig.12); ajouter les vtements et refermer.
Si ncessaire, ajouter un dtergent peu moussant. Pour dmarrer la machine,
tirer le bouton du programmeur(P)(Fig.21), ou si la machine dispose d'un presse-bouton
appuyer dessus(Fig20).La lumire de l'indicateur s'allumera (Fig.23).
A la fin du progarmme de lavage, la machine s'arrtera l'une des positions
d'ARRET sur le programmeur (P).
Appuyer sur le bouton du programmeur (P) (Fig.21), ou appuyer puis relcher le
presse-bouton de mise en marche(Fig.20).
Attendre (3) minutes pour que la porte s'ouvre (Fig.22).
Retirer le linge.
Avec les mains sches, dbrancher la machine de la prise de courant (Fig.11).
Fermer le robinet d'eau (Fig.24).

ENTRETIEN
Introduction

Notre machine laver ne ncessite pas d'oprations particulires

ou compliques d'entretien, car elle a t conue pour durer longtemps.
Nanmoins, un minimum de soin et d'entretien est recommand. Avant
d'effectuer les oprations suivantes, s'assurer que la machine est
dbranche de la prise de courant lectrique (Fig.11) et l'arrive d'eau
est ferme (Fig.25).

Il est effectu chaque fois que le savon s'accumule dans le rcipient.

Nettoyage
priodique
Cette opration peut tre effectue simplement en retirant le rcipient
du rcipient de
poudre de savon dtachable de son boitier( il faut tirer nergiquement pour forcer le
bouchon) (Fig.26) et en le lavant sous un jet d'eau.
La machine ne doit pas tre nettoye avec des solvants. Une toffe
mouille lgrement savonneuse est insuffisante.

Il est effectu priodiquement. S'assurer que la machine est vide, qu'il

Le filtre est retir de son emplacement en le faisant tourner moiti
dasn le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre et en tirant vers
l'extrieur (Fig 28) .Le filtre est nettoy sous un jet d'eau, en s'assurant
que toutes les particules bloques accumules sont enleves.
Ensuite remettre le filtre sa place, en le faisant tourner dans le sens des
aiguilles d'une montre jusqu' la position de fermeture (Fig.29).

SI LA MACHINE NE FONCTIONNE PAS

Avant de faire appel au service d'assistance technique, s'assurer
que les oprations suivantes ont t effectues. Ceci peut aboutir une
conomie de temps et d'argent.

S'assurer que:
1) L'alimentation lectrique est disponible partir de la prise de courant.
2) La fiche est correctement introduite dans la prise de courant.
3) Le bouton du programmeur(P) est retir ou le presse-bouton pouss*.
4) La porte est ferme.
S'assurer que:
1) Le bouton du programmeur (P) est sur le programme slectionn.
2) Se rfrer au problme" l'eau ne rentre pas".
Vrifier que:
1) L'eau existe dans le systme d'eau.
2) Le robinet est ouvert.
3) Le tuyau d'alimentation d'eau est branch.
4) Aprs le dbranchement de l'lectricit, nettoyer le filtre d'arrive situ entre
le robinet et le tuyau d'vacuation**.
S'assurer que:
1) Le tuyau d'vacuation est la hauteur convenable (60-90cm) ***.
2) La sortie du tuyau d'vacuation n'est pas plonge dans l'eau.
S'assurer que:
1) Le tuyau d'vacuation est install correctement.
2) Le tuyau d'vacuation n'est pas branch.
3)Le tuyau de dtergent n'est pas disproportionn.
4) Le type de dtergent convient la machine laver.
