Company History and Background
1968 - FEMA Business Systems Corporation was established. The main core of
business was to promote Point-Sales-Retail Systems and Automation. FEMA
represents Omron Corporation.
1980 - FEMA Business Systems Corporation acquired and moved to its first headquarter
building at no. 44 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City.
1990 - PENTASONIC was established under the supervision of the mother company
FEMA Business Systems Corporation.
1993 - FEMA celebrated its 25th year anniversary.
1994 FEMA INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS CORPORATION was established and spin-
off its operation to undertake and concentrate on the Packaging Machines,
Packaging materials, Screw Type Air Compressors.
1998 - PENTASONIC operation and control was transferred to FEMA INDUSTRIAL
SYSTEMS CORPORATION to simplify its organization structure.
1999 - PENTASONIC is a division concentrating merely on CCTV Cameras.
Operation and Control was under FEMA Industrial Corporation.
2000 PENTASONIC CORPORATION was incorporated in order that the
organization can develop its full business potential as an independent
company. PENTASONIC a leading brand in the industry has a complete range
of products lines of CCTV monitoring and integrated equipment.
2001 Electronic Weighing Scale business was included due to market potential with
the collaboration of our principal suppliers.
