conditions apply to VPLEX Virtual Edition Standard 2.1 also.
b. Standard file systems available with each platform supported are also supported.
c. For VPLEX implementations with VMware and VPLEX Virtual Edition Standard 2.1; refer to EMC Knowledgebase solution emc299427. For VMware vMotion,
the maximum roundtrip latency between VPLEX Virtual Edition Sites is 10ms RTT with VPLEX Virtual Edition Standard 2.1.
d. VPLEX Virtual Edition Standard 2.1 Management Plugin requires vCenter 5.1 or later.
e. VPLEX Virtual Edition only supports distributed volumes.

a. Metavolume devices cannot be provisioned as thin devices unless fully allocated.
b. If you have enabled Challenge-Handshake Authentication Protocol (CHAP) on the arrays, you must specify the CHAP credentials
when you add the array to VPLEX/VE. This release of VPLEX/VE does not support the configuration of CHAP on VNXe arrays.
