3. You outsource an event to a company. They sign an MoU with you as a part
of the deal. At the last moment, your college denies giving you permission
over venue. Other constraints include that this can be your last event. Also

the crowd and yet allot rooms to everyone?

cannot directly do this as this would directly reduce your profit. Also it
could start a chain reaction of semi satisfied attendees making
unreasonable demands. How will you handle this situation?
6. As a part of a sponsorship MoU, the company asks you to setup a seminar
as a part of your publicity listing and/ or the companies demand. The
target footfall given to you by the company is 200 and you only manage to
accumulate 90 people. How will you resolve this issue?
7. You have an upcoming event. Your last event was not up to the
expectations of IEEE members hence resulting in diminishing interest in
your further events. How will you deal with this emergency as you have
the event in the coming week.
8. Another council in your college comes up with a similar event idea as
yours and conducts it before you do. This event was supposed to be a
major one for you. How will you solve this conflict.
9. There is an intra council conflict where two parties disagree to something
extremely so much so that they decline any further coordination to work
together. How will you solve this problem?
10.Suppose, due to an emergency, a core member pulls out of our team a
day before the event is scheduled. The member was supposed to
coordinate the day's activities and host the event. How will you arrange for
something in the given amount of time?
