Textiles and Clothing are the leading industries of Bangladesh in Respect of

foreign Currency Earning and Employment. Sadma Fashion Wear Ltd. Is one of
the leading manufacture and exporter of readymade garments in Bangladesh
managed by a team of professionals engaged in the business for more than a
decade have gained immense reputation at home and abroad. With a work
force over 1000 and advanced mechanized production facilities, the
organization is continuously performing at the level required to satisfy the
demand of the buyer spread over Europe & USA. Innovative business
approach, dynamic vision, advance mechanized production facilities, quality

We are a Knit Composite Unit Having Knitting, Dyeing, and Finishing & Sewing
Units under the same roof. It is housed in its own building surrounding an area of
207925 Sq. feet included one 7 Storied & 2 Storied Building in our highly
protected area surrounded by wall and 1500 workers and stuff. We never allow
slave, child or prison labor or even force labor. We always provide all necessary
safety measures & ensure the workplace safe, healthy & comfortable. We are
going ahead to achieve our vision plan with our dynamic team members.
Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) established for hazard free environment. The
determination to achieve superior customer service and on time delivery has
earn Sadmas recognition as an invaluable player and the desire to succeed in
customer satisfaction with every order makes the Sadms team even stronger its
these fundamental that keep this unit in the game and wining every time. Since
the beginning it has a very good reputation as a financially sound and ethical

assisting the workers & Coordinating pattern, cutting,
sewing, quality & finishing-packing. About 200 people are
working as a Supervisor, Line chief, Floor in-charge, Section
Manager.

Factory is fully equipped with full rang of fire fighting

equipments along with Hose reels based on one fire
extinguishers per 1000 Square feet. Extinguishers are
properly hanged at such heights that it can be easily
lifted. Extinguishers are marked and it is always kept
unobstructed. Extinguishers are periodically checked. Fire
drills are conducted once a month. Beside trained
designated fire fighters & Rescue team 40% of the
workers are trained on use of extinguisher.
- Aisle, exits, electrical panels are properly marked
for emergency evacuation and kept clear at all
time.
- There two exits on opposing side.
- Electronic EXIT emergency lights are posted on top
of each exit.
- Fire alarm is posted & active in all floors.
Sufficient lighting arrangements are there with proper
lighting shade fixed along with overhead channel.
Factory is well maintained and properly cleaned 57
latrines (Ground 3, 1st floor-4, 2nd floor-8, 3rd floor-8, 4th
floor-8, 5th floor-7, 6th floor-4, Knitting-7, Dyeing-8).
