GNZS594 Series 4 panel shale shaker can be used as a primary shale shaker and drying shaker for
desander and desilter cones and also can be used as High G drying shale shaker for drilling cuttings
treatment. The linear motion design with Adjustable high G force make GNZS594 very popular for any
types of drilling including: oil gas drilling, CBM drilling, HDD, water well, geothermal well drilling mud
cleaning. The simple but heavy duty design makes GNZS594 shale shaker have reliable operation with
less maintenance. The G force for the High G drying Shaker is up to 8.0 G, this dry the cuttings with oil
below 10%.

GNZJ594 Series Mud Cleaner
GNZJ594 Series Mud Cleaner is a combination of desander desilter and downstream shale shaker, it
can be used to handle weighted mud and un-weighted mud with compact footprint. GNZJ594 Series
mud cleaner is available with Model GNZJ594E-2S12N for 1000 GPM, and Model GNZJ594E-3S16N
1500 GPM .GNZJ594 series mud cleaner with big shaker screen area and high G force provide better
drying cutting cuttings. The desander desilter cones made from PU material which lasts longer with less
maintenance. The removable hydrocyclone skid to allow operator easy to change the mud cleaner to
shale shaker .
