Site Information:
Located at Zone H Bandar Baru Seri Petaling, 57000 Kuala Lumpur.
Close to Bukit Jalil Stadium Complex and Bukit Jalil LRT.
The location is a suburban area, where it is mostly residential areas.
The most common type of residential building in this location is a
single/semi-D houses.
There is also some high-density residential building such as
apartments and condominiums.
The people living here are mostly lower to middle classes
family.
There are also many college/university students living in this area.
Currently, the site is unused and are covered with trees.
Transportation Connection and Link:
The site offers direct connectivity and link to Kuala Lumpur, Shah
Alam and Putrajaya.
The site is also close to Seri Petaling/Sentul Timur LRT Line
(Blue Line). The closest station, Bukit Jalil LRT, is about 1km away.
There are also LRT extension that is currently going on connecting
Seri Petaling to the Kelana Jaya Line.
Green Line refers to Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) (E5) which
allows for direct link to Shah Alam as well as allow people to go
directly to Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP) and other places.
Red Line refers to Maju Expressway (MEX) (E20) which links
Kuala Lumpur to Putrajaya as well as the KLIA.
Orange Line refers to Salak Expressway (E37) which links to the
Federal Highway (2) and Cheras Highway (1).

Purple Line refers to Besraya Expressway (E9) which connects to
Eastern side of Kuala Lumpur.

SITE OBSERVATION AND ANALYSIS
The Site:
Currently the site is located at an undisturbed small piece of land about
the size of 100m x 100m. It is full of vegetation such as trees and shrubs
and looks like a mini jungle. It is also not accessible as there is a fence
built around it. The size of the chosen site is 50m x 70m.
The Site Surrounding:
The Site is located at Zone H of Bandar Baru Seri Petaling, which is
dedicated for residential housing.
The surrounding residential building are mostly small and medium
size Semi-D houses as well as some bigger houses located northeast of the site.
It is close to the main road, Jalan 1/149e which links to Jalan Merah
Cagar. This road links directly to KESAS highway as well as Bukit
Jalil.

8. Bukit Jalil National Stadium
is
a
multi-purpose
stadium. It was officially
inaugurated by the 4th
Prime Minister, Tun Dr.
Mahathir Mohamad, on 1
January 1998 for the
commonwealth games. It
is one of the largest
stadium in the world.
