DTPL is Indias 1st ever UL Accredited ISO 9001:2008 Company for Fire and Gas
Detection & Fire Protection Systems, Products & Services and have been
serving the Nations requirement for core sectors for the last 3 decades. DTPL is
headed by our Technical Backbone Dr. Pulak De an eminent engineer from IIT
Kharagpur and an expert in fire detection & firefighting Industry. DTPL
management consists of highly qualified, experienced and competent persons
and have project team with necessary engineering, construction and management
skills. We have a sizeable project team for carrying out the engineering,
procurement and coordination works and have a dedicated erection &
commissioning group for doing the site work. We have our offices located at
Kolkata, Delhi, Ahmedabad , Chennai and Vizag.

DTPL has in-house Manufacturing Facilities to produce industry specific
products like Deluge Valves, Strainers and Pipe Fittings etc. We also have our
own setup of Model Test Rig for demonstration of many fire detection and
protection systems viz. Rim Seal, HVWS, MVWS etc. in our workshop. Our
products are vetted by TAC, EIL, PDIL, BVIS, DNV, RITES, GLL, TUV, TOYO
etc.

DTPL have been successfully executing projects as per schedule for Fire & Gas
Detection, Alarm-cum-Control & fire Suppression System in conformity with NFPA
Codes, TAC & OISD approvals as required for Oil & Gas, Power and Steel
industry. Our esteemed clientele includes organizations like IOCL, HPCL, BPCL,
ONGC, GAIL, BHEL, BRIDGE & ROOF, PUNJ LLOYD, TISCO,TATA

DTPL designs and executions have been approved by reputed organizations like
EIL, TAC, OISD, TCE, DCL, CEA, TOYO, WORRLY, LURGI, BBMB, BHEL,
NTPC, EPIL, PDIL, Aker Kvaerner, Dastoor Co. , SNC Lavalin etc.
Our core competency is System Integration, Design, Engineering, Procurement,
Manufacturing, Installation and Commissioning of high hazard sector Automatic
Fire, Gas & Flame Detection and Protection Systems on single window
responsibility basis.
DTPLs Service Range includes Technical Services for Fire & Gas Detection,
Alarm-cum-Control and Fire Suppression Systems with system integration in
conformity with relevant International specifications & codes of practice with
Computer Aided design supported by Network Analysis to NFPA Codes with
approval from Oil Industry Safety Directorate and other National and International
standards.

We have received Honeywell Notifier Award for the concept implemented at
Haldia Refinery of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. for replacing the old,
conventional addressable fire panels from nineteen areas with integrated network
facility.

We have our AMC division where experts are available to conduct Diagnostic
Tests for the existing systems and to provide Consultancy services to upgrade
systems in cost effective ways including execution of such works on single point
responsibility and AMC services thereafter .
Under our LSTK project Division, we would like to mention our unique project
implemented first time in India, at Indian Oil Petronas (IPPL), Ennore where
different types of detectors (Heat, Smoke, Gas, Flame) are integrated with CCTV
in single panel with Touch Screen. We bagged the service of Concept-toCommissioning for this entire project, which was successfully commissioned
recently.
During the span of 2013-14 , we have bagged the prestigious order for Rim
Seal Fire Protection System ( Total Work Order Value 48.1 Crores ) , which is
being implemented at various marketing terminals of IOCL and BPCL .
Recently ,we also bagged the order for Foam Systems for BPCL .
We are the registered vendors of IOCL , BPCL , GSFC , BHEL and many
more.
