C3W Distributor Valve is a graduated release UIC approved Distributor

Valve for application in the Wagon Brake System used for initiating the
brake application. These valves are supplied in Cast Iron version as far

Air Brake Hose Coupling (Brake Pipe and Feed Pipe)
Air Brake Hose Couplings are used in between two adjacent vehicles for
continuation of air flow between brake pipe as well as in feed pipe lines

Load Sensing Devices VTA
Load Sensing device type VTA are manufactured as per SAB-WABCO
design and also as per Stone India's own design. These are used for
Freight Wagon Brake System application instead of manual empty load
changeover devices to adjust brake cylinder pressure depending on the
condition of the Wagons i.e. loaded or empty
Ball Type Cocks
Ball Type Cocks are supplied in various sizes ranging from " to 2".
These are used for isolation of air supply in the pneumatic circuits. The
body of Ball Type Cock is made of Steel and Ball is made of Stainless
Steel

Direct Admission Valve (DA Valve)
Direct Admission Valves are used in Vacuum Brake System for Wagons
for direct application of brakes when vacuum is destroyed
Test Rig for testing of Distributor Valve (Type C3W)
The test Rig for distributor valve type C3W is capable of testing
Distributor Valves for Freight applications. It provides full testing facilities
of Distributor Valves in sequence including timings with respect to Brake
Cylinder stroke volumes and that can be regularized to meet the
customer's specific requirement.

Single Car Test Rig for Air Brake System
The Single Car Test Rig is a mobile unit with trolley arrangement & that
can easily be transported to a single vehicle for testing the particular
vehicle brake system.
A large number of Stone India make Single Car Test Racks are being
used for testing Wagon Brake System in Wagon Depots of Indian
