JOSTABERRY FRUIT CHAMPION OF HEALTH

Black Currant per vitamins and micro or macro elements, is in all respects in front of
blueberries and cranberries.
However, because of its flaws, it is a very delicate plant that requires spraying various fungicides
and insecticides, neglected, its production and the use of the diet. By creating hybrids of black
currants and wild gooseberries US, the problem is solved. The new hybrid is called Jostaberry, on
the first syllable names for black currant and gooseberry in German. As early as 1922, the Max

we obtain a byproduct of the following composition unrivaled among fruit in our area.
For planting rooted cuttings are used. It is planted in the fall and early spring with a space between
the rows of 3m, in rows 0.7 1m (per hectare 3333-5600 seedlings). Farmsteads can count from 1
to 1.2 m2 surface area per bush. Blooms the first half of April.

Pollination is called. 62% of self-pollination. The number of seeds in a cluster is an average of 3.7.
Berries are an average diameter of 14,6mm and weights 2.41 g. The yield per bush in the first four

Due to its composition and production as a byproduct in the literature from Central Europe, it is
recommended to maintain health, in particular:
Anemia,
Bleeding gums,
Purification of blood and blood vessels,
Especially capillaries,
Treatment of kidney capillaries,
Improving immunity,
Inflammation of the nervous system nodes,
Purifying the liver from toxins,
Eradication of Candida,
Colds and flu situation and
Balancing the pH of blood factors for general health.
It can be consumed while fresh, frozen, cooked (juices and jams) as a specialty from Temerin
unique product in the form of fermented wine in the basement temperature means no cooking or
heat treatment with preserved treasures of vitamins and minerals. As a confirmation of these data,
shall be accompanied by a comparative table of the composition of blueberry, black currant, red
currant, cranberry and gooseberries.

As I stated in the text, Jostaberry fruit Champion of Health, berries Jostaberry use to produce a
wine that contains all the vitamins and minerals from the berries, because the fermentation is done
in the basement temperature. For children leave washed and Fresh berries in a plastic container and
freeze in the freezer do mine. This year I started and drier in winter berries that can be used by
dipping in water overnight and then make fresh juices or extraordinary fruit yogurt with probiotic
