Important to Know !!!
Deposit is required from suppliers Rp 500,000 (from 1st invoice). It will be used
for penalty payment if suppliers dont have the revenue after next period
(refundable).
Supplier ship to JNE / RPX max within 48 hours. If its more than 48 hours and found not recorded
as shipped on seller center portal, Ops team will cancel the order and giving the penalty to the
supplier, 100k / item (it will convert to voucher and given to the customer as a complement) and
marketplace commission still applied.
Suppliers put inside label and own invoice inside the box (provided on
seller center portal).
Shipping fee for return /cancel order will be charged to the supplier.
For payment with bank transfer and credit card, notification sent after verified by
Lazadas finance.
