Matters needing attention

use.
B) when a load, avoid by all means will be fast connection, so

C) this machine is oil as medium, oil and the machine
maintenance work must be done well, so as to avoid silting up
or oil leakage, affect the use effect.
D) new or long rear hydraulic jack, because of the oil cylinder
is memory is more air, began to use the piston rod may appear
tiny kick phenomenon, hydraulic jack no-load reciprocating
motion can be 2-3 times, to eliminate the air cavity. Idle jack

Matters needing attention in operation and maintenance
1, the working medium of the pump for YC - N46D hydraulic oil,
32 # anti-wear hydraulic oil, also can use 10 # transformer oil,

2, used for the first time, fill up after the motor should be
clockwise rotation, if necessary, please open the machine cover,
whether as a forward, and several times, please point still
motor idling for a few minutes, in order to vent air from oil.
3, tank liquid level in oil mark the center line of the above,
in case of oil pump suction empty. Come on when the application
of 120 mesh strainer filter to the impurity in the oil. Often
use, once every two months to clean oil filter, tank cleaning
once half a year, and replace the new oil.
4, normal working oil temperature of 20-70 . Cooling measures
should be taken when the oil temperature is too high or stop
pump, after waiting for the oil cooled sufficiently to use; The
oil temperature too low is not allowed to work directly, need
heating measures, by heat or low voltage operation to improve
the oil temperature.
5, before starting the machine, need to open the unloading valve,
in case the motor overload. When the system is for multiple
directional control valve export more, more attention should
be paid to open the unloading valve, pump working normally
closed after unloading valve, then throw the reversing handle
to switch the direction of oil flow.
6, jack can't overload is used, the base and top of weight,
vertical with the bearing pad fixation (if vertical jack-up not

environment.

Check with testing pump pressure, when pressure is lower than
