DIRECTORS MESSAGE
To achieve the objective of continuously upgrading and
determining the quality of our move, shoot, communicate and
investigative capabilities, every pfficer and unit of the PNP has to
undertake measures of strengthening these priorities.
The Plans and Program Section is successful in its endeavor to
come up with a ready material that can be used as a guide by every
PNP user.
From this compilation, individuals or group can better understand
how materiel or equipment quality can be determined.
I hope therefore, that through this manual, we can continue
foster a better performance and advance in our quest for effective and
effiicient law and order and public safety functions.
