Computer touch screen labeling machine configures with a very large scale integrated
circuit, microcomputer control and adopts Chinese characters touch screen, which realized the
man-machine dialogue. Microcomputer configuration is convenient it can not only complete a
variety of data input with the touch screen, but also can achieve a full range of control of labeling
machine operation after machine starts on.
PM - 100 sticker labeling machine is our company's upgraded products, This equipment
structure is simple and reasonable, also easy operating. It can adjust the capacity of production
according to the specifications and characteristics of bottles and labels. This labeling machine is
adaptable to many bottles, to various specifications of glass and plastic bottle of the food, drug
and cosmetics etc., whether you choose transparent or opaque sticker, it can stick satisfactory
labeling effect on the bottle or container.

high-speed D / A conversion, photo-detectors, high dot matrix LCD, touch screen control and
developed by years of research experience in the labeling machine products.The controller
consists of a microcomputer control section (touch screen, the system control panel and signal
interface board), the signal sensing portion (Diffuse reflective photoelectric sensors and beam
photoelectric sensors), the stepper motor and drive section (stepper motors and stepper motor
drive),Regulated power supply part(power transformer and regulated supply board).System uses
a very large scale integrated circuit systemimported high quality componentshigh label-2-

sticking rate and reliabilitygood stability.The controller is developed on the basis of traditional
LCD controller, compared to previous LCD controller,it does not only enlarge the manmachine interface, also adds the function of graphical display and Chinese information

digital control of speed motor, which can achieve controlling the adjustment, starting, stopping of

2Work Principles
The controller detects the conveyor belt after the required labeling bottles through the bottle
detecting sensor,immediately start sending standard stepper motor,fast delivering the label,with
the pressure label wheel action,when the mark position detection sensor detects label gap,stop
stepping motor to send label,controllers have been labeled counts,meanwhile refresh the display
screen,analyzing each set value,timely alert alarm,effective control equipment normal operation.

System main interface

After the labeling machine on, first enter the main

interface Figure 1 .The upper left corner is the parameters when machine is
working.six buttons in the bottom line clickrun,then enter into running
interface(Figure 1) machine starts operating.Click "label test" when the machine
stops, it will be out a label.click the button that you need to change the value, it will
enter into the figure 2.

Running interface
Systems running interface is right the interface when machine works properly. Click
the "stop" means to that machine stops working. Click "bottle conveying stop",
bottle conveying motor will stop and click "bottle conveying on" bottle conveying
motor will run. Click on "coding pause", coders stop, click "coding on ",coder starts.

Running interface
monitor part:
Cumulative production It represents the cumulative labeling quantity every
round.cumulative production can automatic add up labeling quantity every round, the
total will not change because of turned off or power off, but always accumulated.

Production in every round refers to labeling quantity every round.


The amount will be re-count each time you start the machine, so it will not be
affected by the previous round production.
Set balance it refers to set the remaining labeling qty. The initial value of the
balance automatically generated when set the parameter , and constantly decreasing
with the increase of production, it will automatically shut down until zero.when
product next time, if the parameter is not reset, the set value will automatically
restore the previous parameter settings.this value will not lose when power off.
Labeling speedrefers labeling quantity in one minute.it is the actual labeling speed
when machine works, that is to say how much labels can stick per minute (refreshed
every 15 seconds). This data is dynamic, the unit is l / m.
Adjustment part:

Label out frequencyrefers to the stepper motor running speedthat is frequency
of control pulses sent out by controller.unit: Hz
set volume, refers to set labeling total volume :(10-999999).

Downtime description
When the speed of conveyor and gripper motor is not match with label sending
speedor sensor failedThe controller will automatically send alarm information,
and automatically shut down, and show the information of device adjustment and
troubleshooting help. You can rule out mechanical failure in the Chinese prompt
display. Clicking (see Figure 1) "Alarm Clear"on the left of the screen when the
controller alarms.

.Adjustment:
General equipment before shipment,manufacturers already make general settings for
client,however, according to the actual production situation,you can adjust its parameters and
reset.
When you want to adjust certain parameters,just the touch of the button by hand,screen
immediately turned to user interface,like picture (2).Adjust parameters back to "running
interface",click the test button,the system will send a label,click the "Start" button,the machine
will start working.
The machine during normal operation,delivery pause button display in the screen,click this

button,conveyor will stop,but other part can work,click the "Stop" button,the machine will stop
working.

3.maintenance
1 No response when power onEnsure the power is turning on or notWiring section is
reliable connection.
2 The software displays disruption or buttons with no response when workingcut down the
power and tr again.
3 Do not scrub with an organic solvent so as to avoid sharp scratches.
Turn off the switch if the controller does not use for a long time.
Mechanical adjustments
1First take down the pressure plate,then put on paper plate and pressure plate.(NOTE:The inner
hole of the paper plate is closely matched with the center of the stainless steel plate,if not
matched,you can put some adhesive label paper in there let closely matched.) finally,tightening
screw.
Next step,you should check the rotation of drum paper plate is flexible.(Like figure 3)Checking
the bearing is flexible or not.And if the spring is too tight to cause the rocker arm is not
flexible,you should let the spring or green round- belt to relax,until it is flexible then you can stop
.
2Requirements of wearing label tapecheck whether the roller on the label wearing route is
flexible or notif notadjust it to be flexible.Threading method is based on the direction of the
arrow on the back page sketch,Special attention that label tape has to through from the
intermediate space of beam photoelectric sensorto ensure normal operation of Optical
signaling device.the up and down position of Optical signaling device can be adjusted to
ensure electric eye exposure to the label gap
3labeling testput materials on the conveyadjust rail bar left and right positionClose to the
material gripping mechanism to adjust the position of roller (Generally it has been adjusted
before delivery), put some materials. Then turn on the main switch, and observe whether the
material after quenching from a rear wheel is in a equidistant arrangement.(usually the distance
between material and the material 20-50mm), the material size related to the labeling speed. by
adjusting the wheel speed and controlling the distance between bottle and bottle to choose
labeling speed. Before the trial production,it needs to adjust the clamping force of label
assembling mechanism. when it shuts down, the distance between rubber band and the platen
sponge should be slightly less than the diameter of the bottle, so that the label winding
mechanism will give enough pressure to labels stick on the bottle. After the above finished, then
label test.
Maintenance and lubrication of the mechanical structure
1Need to lubricate rotating part:
rolling bearing use#calcium base greaseonce every three months
The other parts of the lubrication use#32Engine oilonce every three days
2Regularly observed that whether equipment is functioning properly, if there is abnormal sound.

(Setup once with work piece then press it one more time without work piece.{Value will be
set to the midpoint of the light intensity.} If this------ on main screen glitter two seconds it
shows that light intensity is too small in case of the presence or absence of work piece, then set
value, but it may detect unstable.

2 Label checking photoelectricity Press the button for a few seconds two lights
flash simultaneously on screen release the button manually pulling a label in one
direction at a constant speed pull two or three photoelectricity will automatically
detectthen push this button again. Photoelectric adjustment is completed.
