Sizzler Pigment Process

The document introduces the Sizzler Pigment process, an exhaustible cationic pigment dyeing process for readymade garments. Sizzler pigments are engineered pigments modified into fine micronized particles for exhaust dyeing. The process provides excellent leveling, high dye exhaustion from the bath, and good rub and wash fastness. It uses modified cationic pigment dispersions optimized for exhaust dyeing and various chemicals for pretreatment, fixation, and improving fastness properties. The single-stage process saves water and time while providing consistent shades and minimal vessel staining.

SIZZLER PIGMENT PROCESS.

EXHAUSTIBLE CATAIONIC PIGMENT DYEING PROCESS

Sizzler Process is a unique Pigment Dyeing Process for dyeing of Readymade Garments by
Exhaust Method Drum Washing.

Sizzler Pigments are an optimized preparation of engineered Pigments especially modified

in to further fine micronised particles for the purpose of Exhaust Process.

The dyeing can be carried out on any form of fibres and fabrics or garments.
Due to its WASH DOWN LOOK and its RICH CLASSIC APPEARANCE,
It has become the trend of the industry to get the look from Pigments.

Sizzler Pigment process - Is the first ever process which gives all parameter up to optimum
requirement.

Sizzler Pigment process - Gives excellent leveling, utmost exhaustion of the dye bath, and
unmatched Rub and Wash fastness properties. It also gives fewer loads on effluent because
of high exhaustion of chemicals and Sizzler Pigments.

The SIZZLER PIGMENT PROCESS , consist of : -

1. SIZZLERS Modified Cataionic pigment Diapersions , suitably made for Exhaustible

pigment dyeing process having extra micro-fined particle size. Sizzlers are highly stable,
concentrated pigment emulsions.

2. PRETREAT- A Chemical for modification of fibre or fabric of Garment.

3. AFTERTREAT – B Resin for fixation of exhausted, modified catanised pigment

emulsions on the Garments.

4. AFTERFIX – C Resin for improving wash and wet rubbing fastness of the dyed
Garments.

5. ANTICREASE-LUBE - D Unique powerful lubricating agent to be incorporated during

the dyeing to avoid patchy, uneven dyeings, avoids distortion and entanglement of the
Garment.
Advantages of Sizzler pigment dyeing system.

1. Sizzler Exhaustible process is one stage dyeing process saves Water and Time.

2. Simpler and optimized process with case of application.

3. Excellent levelness and good wash and rub fastness properties

4. High exhaustion, which translates into high consistency in shade reproducibility and in
some cases it, is as high as 90% of exhaustion.

5. Virtually no staining of vessels.

6. The bath can be discharged at the exhaustible temperature, which has great time saving
attributes.

7. The most important advantage is the number of SELF SHADES; currently we offer 12
basic shades including basic self-shades including SELF ORANGE, SELF KHAKIS
& BROWNS, SELF VIOLETS and many other which avoids the complications of
matching recipes.
