[email protected] Compensation: The pay for this event is $200.00 per musician and includes one rehearsal in Hammond on
Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.
Equipment:I can provide four (4) music stands. However, we need two (2) more. Therefore, if you have a black
stand with a solid back (i.e. not a wire stand) let me know. I do not have any stand lights. I am trying to obtain
some, but there is no guaranty that I will be successful. Accordingly, if you have a clip on book light bring it. I
will provide the synthesizer, bench and amplifier for Irina
Reception:You are invited to attend the reception. However, because of the limited space available and the cost
imposed by the caterer, the bride and groom ask that you not bring any additional guests. If you will not be
staying for the reception, please let me know ASAP so I can inform the bride and groom to allow them to in turn
advise the caterer.
. BridalPartyrehearsal:The Bridal Party will have a walk through rehearsal of the ceremony on Friday, March
4 at 11:00 a.m. Irina and I will attend so we can know what to expect. There is no need for the string players to
attend
