GIVEN that on 11th
April 2016
MONMOUTHSHIRE
COUNTY COUNCIL
intends to make an
Order under S14 of the
Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984. The order is
proposed to facilitate
essential British
Telecom works. The
effect of the order will
be to close the C51.15
Ninewells Road,
Catbrook.
Diversion: Travel in a
Westerly direction along
the C51.15 Ninewells
Road until its junction
with the R92. Travel in a
South Easterly direction
along the R92 until its
junction with the C51.14.
Travel in a Northerly
direction along the
C51.14 until its junction
with the C40.2. Travel in
North Westerly direction
along the C40.2 until its
junction with the C51.15
and vice versa.
The Order will come
into force on the 11th
April 2016 until no later
than the 9th May 2016.
By virtue of Section
16(1) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 a
person who
contravenes, or who
uses or permits the use
of a vehicle in
contravention of, a
restriction or prohibition

the effect of which will
be to prohibit
pedestrians and cyclists
from proceeding along:Public Footpath (FP)
No. 1, 10 metres from
its junction with FP No.
150 and FP No. 3 and
running in a south
westerly direction for
approximately 105
metres to its junction
with FP Nos 2 and 4.
