Theworkerswerealsocontentandagreedtotheproposal.Nowtheworkers
eagerlywaiteveryyearforthemonthofDecembertocomesothattheycouldget
goodamountofsalary.Yet,anothersuccessfromthepartofMSKS.

provisionofRs50lakhstosatisfythecustomersandthusithadtobearlosses
uptoRs50lakhs.
Afteraspanoftimeameetingwasarrangedbetweenthemanagementandthe
secretaryofMSKStosolvetheproblemthroughsurveyandthusfindtheproper
solutionforthesame.ThroughsurveyitwasfoundthattheAccount
