CARDIO BLAST: Cardio Blast is a Moderate/High Intensity class that utilizes various training tools and exercise equipment to elevate the
heart rate and improve heart and lung health! A must do for all exercise enthusiasts.
CORE CONDITIONING: A moderate impact class designed to work all the major muscle groups. Activities utilize stability balls and other
core training equipment, in order to aid the body in maintaining balance and stability for the activities of daily living as well as other recre-
ational activities.
PILATES: A low/moderate impact class designed to minimize stress on the joints while conditioning the core muscles of the body. Pilates
uses a systematic mat based workout engineered to adapt to all skill levels while toning and lengthening the muscle fibers.
YOGA: A low impact class that uses slow static stretches to maximize health and loosen tight muscles. Enjoy rhythmic poses and balance
techniques while improving your posture, lowering your stress and developing flexibility. Great for all fitness levels!
SWIM AEROBICS: A low impact class that uses exercises in the pool to focus on aerobic activity. This class is for swimmers and non swim-

SPIN (indoor cycling): Spinning classes are a great way to get in a vigorous workout – burning calories and keeping your muscles in
