Please note that the access to the conference is limited (the entrance within Romanian Police Academy is subject to restrictions).

PARTICIPANT WITHOUT PAPER - 60 RON / 15 EUR
(option recommended for persons willing to participate to the conference in auditorium, without a paper.).
The fee includes access to the conference, participation certificate, coffee breaks, group photo, lunch on 7.04.2016.
b.TYPE B (PUBLISHER)
PAPER FOR PUBLISHING, NO PRESENTATION - 120 RON / 30 EUR
(option recommended for persons willing to participate with a paper to be published within the Conference Proceedings,
but unable to attend the plenary session. The fee includes participation certificate, ID card, taxes related to publication,
book of abstracts, Conference Proceedings, etc.
c.TYPE C (PRESENTER)
PAPER FOR PRESENTATION (PRESENCE REQUIRED)- 160 RON / 40 EUR
(option recommended for the actual participants to the conference with a paper to be presented in plenary session or at
the conference workshops. The fee includes access to the conference venue, participation certificate, coffee breaks, group
photo, lunch on 7.04.2016, taxes related to the publication, book of abstracts, Conference Proceedings etc.
d.TYPE D (COMPANIES)
FOR COMPANIES- 500 RON / 115 EUR

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PAPER (only for registration type B or C)
The papers must be written in Romanian or English. The title, abstract and keywords must be written in both English
and Romanian (for foreign authors, Romanian fields will be translated by the organizing team). The abstract must have
minimum 200 words. It is highly recommended to provide at least 5 keywords or expressions. The Camera-Ready
template (.docx) will be sent to the registered users thru e-mail or it can be easily downloaded from the Conference
website.
