Regional Health. I am a student nurse at the University of South Florida, and
will graduate with a baccalaureate degree on August 6, 2016.
As a new graduate, my professional job experience is limited. However, I
believe that I can rise to the role of a professional nurse who exemplifies
safety, advocacy, knowledge, and confidence in all aspects of patient care
through participation in your nurse residency program. I am a self-motivated
learner and exhibit initiative and maturity in my work ethic, all of which make
me an excellent candidate for your program.
I seek nothing more than the opportunity to become part of a team that
promotes the transition of new nurses into their professional roles. I strongly
believe that your program will promote an environment of challenge and
personal and professional growth. I am eager to start my nursing career and
make a positive contribution to Lakeland Regional Health. Please accept this
