Components installation in detail
Manifold and MAP nozzles fitting
After having removed the aspiration manifold,
proceed with the scribing and the drilling of it with a
drill of diameter 5mm(see the picture) making holes
tilted at 30 respect the engine direction, thread at
M6 and clean it carefully and fix the injectors with a
strong screw lock.
Fix the Map nozzles on the manifold centre.
Attention: Fix all the pipes with the apposite clamps
and verify the resistance
Rail fitting
Fit the injection rail horizontally, as the picture shows
Fix with the apposite bracket the rails to the manifold
Attention:Fix all the pipes with the apposite clamps and
verify the resistance
Reducer fitting
Fit the reducer, as the picture shows, horizontally, with gas
outlet engine side
Fix with the apposite bracket the reducer
Attention: Fix all the pipes with the apposite clamps and
verify the resistance.
SgisN ECU fitting
Fit the SgiS N Ecu as the picture shows, to the car bearing
body
Fix with the apposite racket the Ecu to the car body
