7 T-Tess Teacher Self Assessment

The teacher established three goals for the school year related to classroom management, differentiation, and communicating expectations. For the first goal of establishing classroom routines and procedures, the teacher will create rules and expectations that students and parents will sign, and behavior will be tracked daily. The second goal is to incorporate student diversity and differentiation strategies into lesson plans. For the third goal of communicating expectations, the teacher will use rubrics and formative assessments to monitor student mastery of state standards.
