Our company is Proudly Canadian with its headquarters located in Edmonton Alberta. It was established on 1999 under the former
name of J. Irizar & Company Ltd. In 2012 its name was changed to Irizar Heavy Industries Inc. The company is a Worldwide
Leader in the design and manufacturing of: welding rotators (tank turning rolls), welding manipulators, welding positioners, fit-up
rolls, auto tank welders, tank lifting jacks and plate bending machines. Our products have been used in several industrial segments,
among others: oil & gas, power generator, nuclear, aerospace, pipes, pressure vessels, wind towers, rail tanks, defense industry, mining
and the stainless steel tanks for the food industry. Our products are Designed in Canada and manufactured in China. Our two
manufacturing facilities have over 25,000 SQM under crane and are located in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province at 100 km northwest from
Shanghai, Pudong International Airport.

Our Warehouse in Canada is located in Wetaskiwin AB around 40 km from Edmonton International Airport. The facility has a yard
with over 120,000 SQM. We have available a large number of stock: Conventional Welding Rotators, WR Series: 1, 3, 5, 10, 20, 40,
60, 80, 100, 150, 250, 400, 600, 1200 MT; Self-Aligned Welding Rotators, SAR Series: 5, 10, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 150, 250, 500 MT;
Welding Manipulators (Colum & Boom), WM Series: 3 x 3 m, 4 x 4 m, 5 x 5 m, 6 x 6 m. We also built small manipulators: 1.5 x 1.5
m and 2 x 2 m; Welding Positioners, WP Series: 0.3, 0.6, 1, 3, 5 and 10 MT. We built positioners up to 100 MT; Turn Tables, TT
Series: 1, 3, 5, 10 MT. We built turn tables up to 100 MT; Pipe Rotators, PR Series; Pipe Positioners, PP Series; Auto Tank Welders,
AGW Series: AGW-1 (single side) and AGW-2 (double side); Tank Lifting Jacks System and Hydraulic Three Plate Bending Roll,
3R Series: 80 mm x 3,000 mm
Our ASME ABSA Pressure Vessels Facility is located in Wetaskiwin AB. Large stock of steel plates available on material SA 51670 N from " up to 3 thickness. Our facility has plate cutting and rolling service.
Turn-Key Projects. Since 1983 our CEO and founder has designed and set up pressure vessels production lines all over the World
including Canada, USA, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

never touches the rotators wheels to avoid indentation, scratches or any other
damage due to its thin wall. Adjust middle wheel for reach diameter vessel
required.
Standard set includes: One power rotator plus one idler rotator
Rotation capacity: 40 MT. Load Capacity: 20 MT
For fit up (assembling) use one power plus three idlers
Rotation and Load Capacity: 40 MT
Fit Up Process: First shell sits on one power and one idler; Second shell sits
on two idlers. Since Rotators have idler bogies the vessel mounted on rollers
can move along a rail.

Description:
Set # 1. The Fit up Rolls: Center to center between wheels is adjusted by means of two hydraulic
cylinders which makes shell moves up/down to facilitate assembling process. Idler bogies with
maximum 100 MT load capacity. Two lifting hydraulic cylinders with maximum 100 MT capacity.
Application: Fit up shell to shell or shell to section
Set # 2. The Power Rotators: Center to center between wheels is adjusted by means of bolts. Set is
equipped with two synchronized power rotators with variable speed from 100 up to 1,000 mm/minute
and maximum rotation capacity of 200 MT. Motorized bogies with variable speed from 0.15 up to 1.5
m/minute; maximum 200 MT translation capacity and 100 MT load capacity. Two lifting hydraulic
cylinders with maximum 100 MT capacity. Application: Tank rotation and translation capability.
Set # 3. The Idler Rotators: Center to center between wheels is adjusted by means of bolts. Idler bogies
with maximum 100 MT load capacity. Two lifting hydraulic cylinders with maximum 100 MT capacity.

downwards

shutdown or hose eruption; the tank is held in place and does not slip.
