New Century Loan Pools - List of Securities Trusts

These are pulled from the SEC website and is a listing of many of the securities trusts which contain loans originated by New Century Mortgage or Home123 Corp. You will note that there are series, such as NC1, NC2, NC3 etc. To find the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, FWPs etc, you will have to go to the SEC website and search within these filings. This list is not all inclusive. Your mortgage loan could have ended up in other securities trusts than what is listed here. In some cases, you may actually find your loan number, FICO score, amount due on your loan etc. within the SEC filed documents, including the Prospectus which the investor got a copy of. Also, your loan could have been securitised by multiple entities. If you determine this, you should discuss with your attorney and/or the FBI.

pool to another entity, such as JPMorgan Chase, then that


entity could have securitized your loan pool and, in the Chase
case, it would be called JPMAC2006-NC1 or JPAMC2005-
NC2 (that is an example).
