List of Departments

Administrative Area
Reception To seat 2 receptionists and Sofa for 7-8 people.
CEOs cabin To seat Director & up to 6 other people.
President Cabin To seat with President & up to 6 other people.
Vice President Cabin - To seat with VP & up to 6 other people.
General Managers cabin To seat FM & 6 others
Board Room - Seat up to 25 members.
Meeting Room Seat up to 12 members.
Rest rooms (Male, Female) At least 6 toilets in each
Kitchen - Accommodates a small sink, refrigerator and microwave oven.
The administration block is on the Ground floor with main entrance to the building
near main gate occupying 2500 sq ft. area approx.

Office Area

Merchandising Office -Merchant head to seat 3 senior merchant with 3 junior


merchant along with 2 assistants.
Finance Finance head to seat with 6 accountants.
HR dept- HR head to seat with 1 senior and 2 junior.
Production Planning Control- Planning head to seat with 2 planners.

The office block is on the Ground floor with main entrance to the building near main
gate occupying 2500 sq ft. area approx.

HODs cabin To seat HOD, one assistant & 3 others
Fabric storage 2000 sq. Ft. Area
Testing lab - Outsourced
Trims storage 400 sq. ft.
