PRESENTATION OF HAITI PARTICIPATIVE (HP)
A.
Mission
Haiti Participative (HP) is aimed at contributing significantly to Durable development in Haiti while (1)
promoting the responsibility of the social institutions and (2) widely citizen empowerment and
participation in local development. HP Charter strategically mandates different internal agencies to
accomplish different parameter of its mission which will be achieved through: civic education and
promotion of the democracy; protection of the environment and the consumer; mobilization, organization
and implementation of the national and internation participation in disaster context for preparedness,
management and recovery.

Status
Haiti Participative (HP) is a non governmental, not for profit and non-political organization. Created in
Port-au-Prince, Capital of Haiti, Officially in November 30 2008 as stated in the notarized paper.

Legal Status
HP is legally recognized by:

The Ministry of social Affairs and Labor in Haiti at the number: STC-035469
Notarized in Port-au-Prince at the office of Mr. Clermont DOSSOUS patented at the number
128369 and imposed at the number 121234.
The Government Electoral Council (CEP) which issued HP a legal accreditation and the status of
National Electoral Observer through its National Mission of Electoral Observation
(MNOE/HP) for the electoral period 2009-2011.
Direction Departmentale Ouest (DSO) of MSPP
The Ministere de Sante et de la Population (MSPP) for its Emergency Medical and Nutritional
activities and facilities.
The Direction Generale des Impots (DGI) with the Fiscal ID: 000-578-046-9
