Measurethevariouspointsonthevoltagedividerstheydonothavetoagreewiththevaluesontheschemexactly,butshould
beprogressive.Alsothe2nddividerdividesthesourcevoltagebyafactorof3thiscanbechecked.ICwiringiseasytoscrew

Thepushbuttonisagreatideatoconservepowerespeciallywhenthesolarpanelisnotgenerating.
AnotherideathatIhavetoyedwithisa555astableoscillatorthatputsoutalowdutycyclepulseevery2or3secondsorso
perhaps0.25secondsduration.ThispulsegatesaMOSFETtransistorthatswitchesthebatterylevelmonitoronbriefly,thus
