Respected Sir,
It is humbly stated that, Muhammad Akram is serving as a P.S.T. in Govt. Atta Faize-Aam High School Multan. My father had died in 2013. Due to this accident my brother
(Muhammad Akram) has been seriously shocked.
He has been suffering from mentally disturbance since 2013. After a lot of medical
treatment. Psychiatrist (Dr. Fareed Aslam Minhas) advised us to retired him from service
because he is disable to continue further service. Now he can perform any mentally work
such as teaching.
Kindly grant my elder brother (Muhammad Akram) retire of the basis of medical
from service. I shall be thankful to you for this kindness. Medical record of my Brother is
attached with application for your kind perusal please.
