and constantly looked for ways to add to, or adjust
lessons in order to get the most out of what he was
presenting/ teaching

Lessons were well put together, well organized, and


well taught. He used a variety of techniques to
maintain student engagement and to ensure his
material was understood. Trevor also looked for
constant feedback from the students to ensure that
the lesson was staying with the reading the students
were required to do. Students continually asked for

Areas where the teacher candidate showed significant growth:

Trevor maintained a comfort with students and the materials. He also, even with
limited time because of the nature of PDS, maintained a rapport with students that
allowed him to jump right in on the days he visited class.

2. Suggestions for future growth and development:


Because of the changing nature of education, he simply needs time and experience
in his own classroom. Based on the attributes he has shown, he is going to be a
fantastic teacher.

Personal attributes, strengths, and assets of this teacher candidate:

Trevor is personable, well read, and well prepared to run a classroom. He is


confident, but not overly so, and open to suggestion and critique.

career considerations. Please indicate extracurricular activities in which the

I am genuinely excited for what Trevors future has in store. Trevor attended
athletic events and other functions at TVHS
