This tool asks for your evaluation of the interview guide questions to be used in
gathering data for our study on the Group Cohesiveness towards Synergy. Your
honest answers are needed to establish the instruments validity. Please go over
each item seriously, considering its content adequacy, accuracy, and
appropriateness for the study.
