Position: Computer Operator II/III (Oct 1983 May 1985)
- Provided training to computer operators in all phases of the
operating system, production flow, and hardware maintenance
- Maintained constant communications with management,
schedulers, and operators to ensure accurate knowledge of
production issues
- Worked with technical support staff during system recoveries
- Utilized master console to control efficient job flow and
monitor system activity
- Completed problem reports for any hardware and software
issues and escalated to responsible personnel
- Utilized JCL for rerun and restart of production jobs
