Corrections or comments made relative to submittals during this review does not relieve the contractor from compliance
with the requirements of his Contract, drawings and specifications. This review is only in respect of general conformance
with the design intent of the project and general compliance with the information given in the Contract documents. The
contractor remains responsible, among other things, for the design of the project or such parts of the project he has
design responsibility for (if design forms part of the Contract), for confirming and correlating all quantities and
dimensions, selecting fabrication processes and techniques of construction, coordinating his work with that of other
trades, and performing his work in a safe and satisfactory manner, all in accordance with the Contract.
