Honorable Court respectfully states THAT:

Accused was previously represented by Atty. Michael C.

Dayrit who however later on withdrew his appearance as counsel


for the Accused;

2.

Accused desires that she be represented only by a

private counsel of her own choice; and Accused has already


contacted one however he will not available on this coming
December 12, 2016 (Monday) hearing, and thus undersigned
accused most respectfully requests for a resetting of the hearing
FOR THE LAST TIME to January 9 or 16, 2017 (Mondays) or on
such other dates falling on Monday;

That this motion to reset is not intended to delay this

case but based on above reasons.

WHERFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully


moves that the December 12, 2016 hearing be reset to either
January 9 or 16, 2017.
