The top score of 4 points requires well-written, typed articles of at least 300 words each that take a clear pro- or anti-imperialism perspective. Background information must thoroughly describe the imperial country and history. Analysis must show creativity and understanding of the colonized perspective. Two or more relevant primary source quotes must be accurately used. Grammar, layout, images, and vocabulary are also considered.
