West Bengal Land Mutation Fees Structure

This document outlines the processing fees per decimal of land for land mutations in West Bengal based on the classification and location of the land. Fees for agricultural land are Rs. 1/- regardless of location. For non-agricultural land, fees are Rs. 10/- in rural areas, Rs. 15/- outside the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority area, and Rs. 20/- within the KMDA area.
