The Office of Administrative Courts does not participate in the Judicial Discipline Committee but rather are subject (by statute) to review by the Director of Personel and Administration under the Executive branch and Governor Hickenlooper who also is a Respondent in this case due to his participation in the political candidate campaign ads as spokesperson. It is so ironic. Judge Spencer makes a comment about Governor Hickenlooper's participation that is not in the record but rather was /is being put forth by the Judiciary in Emails before the Complaint was filed.
