EECP 3375-Digital Control Systems

This 3 credit hour course provides students with the basic concepts of digital control systems including sampled data control systems and the application of MATLAB to solve control engineering problems. The course objectives are to understand open and closed loop control systems, analyze continuous and discrete time systems in the frequency and time domains, and review stability analysis methods. Students will also learn about digital control systems, Z-transforms, state space representations, and designing digital control systems using MATLAB.
