Job Description / Responsibility

Review production plan with capacity & strength;

Ensure production target of the lines as per production plan;

Preparing Operation Breakdown;

SMV (Standard Minute Value) calculation & target set up;

Style / Model criticality analysis & layout preparation for every style;

Calculating CM;

Thread consumption chart preparation and coordinate with merchant team;

Preparing operation bulletin and layout preparation for every style;

Bottleneck in operation - identify and eradicate;

Motion and Line balancing - Based on Capacity and WIP (Work In Progress) in the line;

Prepare Daily NTP (Non-Productive Time) report and ensure NTP reduce at a constant rate.

Daily planning of factory and production flow operations

Ensure production/fabrication meet weekly and monthly targets


Use resources to manage and improve productivity and output.

Coordinating with other production engineers and supervisors

Review production process and identifying issues

Reporting concerns and rectifying any issues

Set up production flow machines

Monitor costs and implement cost saving exercises

Produce production reports

Responsible for adhering with quality standards
