Our Mission
Superior Family Medical Clinic, a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to improving
the health of the community by providing access to primary medical services, health
education, screening, and assisted referrals, with emphasis on families who are medically
underserved.
Programs
Clinical Care Experienced and board-certified doctors, nurse practitioners, and registered
and licenses practical nurses work together to meet our clients medical needs.
Services include annual physicals, school and sports
physicals, prenatal care, pediatric care,
immunizations, acute illness care, chronic disease
management, and assisted referrals.
Behavioral Health Services Experienced therapists
provide clinical services to families and individuals
for anxiety and depression, anger management,
relationship and parenting concerns, and substance
abuse.
Diabetic Management and Treatment We provide
ongoing testing, treatment, education, and support
for those with diabetes. We emphasize that taking
control of diabetes is the key to improving a clients
quality of life.
Health Care Access Services Medical social work includes financial assessment,
information, education, assisted referrals, language interpretation assistance, and

advocacy. Help is provided in applying for Medicare, Medicaid, Minnesota Care,
Badger Care, and other public and private programs.
