Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

Olive Oil, for tossing

1 sweet potato, cut into wedges

1 tablespoon seasoning of your choice

Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Line a sheet tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl toss sweet potatoes with just enough oil to coat.

Sprinkle with seasoning of your choice.

Spread sweet potatoes in single layer on prepared baking sheet, being sure not to overcrowd.

Bake until sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Let cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Dipping Sauce

Each group will get 2 tablespoons of their choice of sauce that is available.
