HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN SOUP
Summary
Chicken soup is a soup made from chicken, boiled in water
and usually with various other ingredients. The simple chicken soup
consists of a chicken broth, often with pieces of chicken or
vegetables. The sauce is very delicious eaten fresh, especially when
the weather is cold. Chicken soup has been appointed as a cure
colds and influenza, based on research the chicken soup contains
amino acids that help remove mucus when exposed to influenza so
biased influenza accelerate the healing process. Variation on
chicken soup taste depends on how to cook and additional
seasonings used to cook chicken soup. According to the USDA
( United State Department of Agricultural) a bowl of chicken soup
contains energy equal to 75 calories, 2.46 g fat, 9.35 g
carbohydrate, 4.05 g protein, 0.7 g fiber, and 0.27 g of sugar.
Therefor I chose to cook these dishes.
The materials used to cook chicken soup, among others kg
of chicken, kg of carrots, kg of potatos, 2 cloves of garlic, 2
leek, 1 tomato, fried onion, salt, sugar, and pepper to taste, celery,
and water. As for the equipments used, among other a pan, a
vegetable spoon, a stove, a knife, a cutting board, a spoon, and a
bowl. Steps in cooking the chicken soup is a follows, First, wash the
chicken until clean. Second, cut the chicken agree with appetite.
Third, wash again the chicken until clean. Then, pour the water into
the pan until boil. After that, put the chicken into the pan until half
tender. Cut the carrots, potatos, tomato, leek and garlics into small
pieces. Next, put the carrots, potatos, tomato, garlics, some salt,
sugar, and papper into pan. Then, stir the soup until all ingredients
are mixed well. Wait the suop until cooked. After that, put the leaf
onion. Finally, pour the soup into bowl, add fried onion and celery
and it ready to be served.
