Initial Evaluation
Potential station locations were initially identified and
screened down to one representative alternative for further
and more detailed analysis
The initial analysis evaluated the station options on a
qualitative level using 9 evaluation criteria

Why Relocate the Station?
The Citadel and the Commerce Resort are expanding, and are expected
to draw 40% more visitors each year. This increase cannot be
accommodated by private automobile travel alone, hence the need and
opportunity for a multi-modal hub near these developments.
