Introdução - MA17PPT 1

The document discusses aircraft maintenance. It covers maintenance of Boeing's 787 aircraft, including its more electric architecture which provides benefits like reduced fuel usage and maintenance costs. The 787 requires less frequent scheduled maintenance checks due to its composite structure and new systems. On average, it will require 2.3 days per year for scheduled maintenance, a reduction of 60% from previous aircraft. The document also mentions suppliers involved in maintenance of Airbus' A350 aircraft.

desempenhar a funo requerida.

Moubray (RCM II) - Those actions required for ensuring that physical assets continue to do what
their users want them to do.

36
MANUTENO
AERONUTICA

Typical Airline - Those actions required for restoring or maintaining an item in a serviceable
condition, including servicing, repair, modification, overhaul, inspection and determination of
condition.

FAA - Inspection, overhaul, repair, preservation, and replacement of parts.

Kinnison - Process of ensuring that a system continually performs its intended function at its
designed-in level of reliability and safety.

Aprende-se com a avaria ( => REACTIVA) e emenda-se para prevenir a avaria ( => PROACTIVA).
A Man. Correctiva pode ento, na Man. Melhoria, assumir o carcter PROACTIVO, e ser ainda
Programada, ou no, consoante o interesse (Segurana? Econmico?).
