TAKING RISK

Definitely I'm not a risk taker, indeed, if I can, I

try to avoid taking risks.
It seems to me that taking unnecessary risks is
stupid. For example: Why do adults driving a car
keep ignoring speed limits despite the fact that
advice concerning speed limits is clearly
indicated?
Personally, I cant understand people who take
unnecessary risks doing things like skydiving, rock
climbing, climbing a mountain even when the
weather is very bad. I dont understand how
people can practise extreme sports, in general.
Despite the fact that I am not risky, I have
to say that, a few years ago, I took a very
important and a really big risk: I decided to set
up my company and work on my own.
Although it requires a lot of sacrifice, this has been
one of the best decisions in my life and, even now,
I dont regret it.
I can say my job as a teacher really fulfills me, I
do what I really want to do at work and, best of all,
I dont have to put up with any boss.
