Change of Address Notification Guidelines

Registered structural engineers, authorized persons, and registered geotechnical engineers must notify the Building Authority of any changes to their business address within 14 days, using Form BA 24. Notifications should be sent to the Registration Registry of the Buildings Department located in Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Change of Address

Building (Administration) Regulation 45 requires that every authorized


person, registered structural engineer and registered geotechnical engineer shall in the
specified form notify the Building Authority of any change in the address at which he
carries on business, within 14 days thereof.

2. The form specified for such purpose is Form BA 24 (cf PNAP 159) and
should be sent to :
