PROMISSORY NOTE

We confirm that to date, our account with JAY NICHOLAS B. LADRIDO has a
remaining balance of FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY
ONE and 83/100 (P580,841.83) Pesos, Philippine currency, which comprises of the
payment of overdue account in Metrobank in the amount of Four Hundred Thirty
Thousand Eight Hundred Forty One and 83/100 (P430,841.83) Pesos and personal loan of
One Hundred Fifty Thousand (P150,000.00) Pesos.

I hereby continually promise to pay Jay Nicholas B. Ladrido the amount of FIVE
HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY ONE and 83/100
(P580,841.83) Pesos, Philippine currency, with twelve (12%) percent per annum upon
signing of this promissory note, on or before October 10, 2021, which shall be paid at Hda.
Fe Subdivision, Zarraga, Iloilo.
