Trick your brain, to be on your side
(e.g. I'm already ahead on vids so its okay this one isn't that good. (lying obviously) but
because you just saying that will take outcome dependence out of it so you'll become
smoother.)
Your brain is like a horse.
Start slow so you are tricking your brain to be at ease at that environment. (opening a fat
girl, mix set, etc.)
Then you begin to lose those crutches but those crutches will always be there for you
If your lacking in confidence, just slowly open and start sparking up the confidence.
CORE(STATE):Force yourself to do the action you want to do then your brain will actually
shift lenses to actually benefit you.
CORE: 3 different stages of unstifled, First you be stifled for all girls, then you'll be
unstifled for the average looking girl, But your RAS will still be afraid of the most
attractive girl, then you'll be unstifled for both.

At first your RAS is finding everything that is wrong with approaching a girl. (e.g. She's
busy, shes chatting, she's walking, etc.)
CORE: Beginning of the night is just so you can start seeing the upside not the downside
Don't trust that part of your mind that is showing you the downside of things.
Everytime you go into a new environment you lose that environmental comfort.
CORE: (8:00) Just like how when you have a shitty night and you can't get out of it
happens in vice versa with the best nights. If you just cross the two barriers in multiple
environments your brain "bust a nut" and probably won't lose that for the rest of the night.
You can still get laid when you out of it, so still approach.
Still do good work high or low states just accept the zone you're in.
Recognize what your brain is, then instead of browbeating your self optimize and work
with it.
CORE: Learn where you fucked up? Recognize what you do right and wrong. Learn more
about yourself then work around it! Don't browbeat it, accept it!

2. Minimize time between interactions
3. Never judge yourself bad, all sets are 100 out of ten
4. Something funny out of every interaction
5. Go little bit further every interaction
6. If your in the zone burn it to the ground or bounce.
CORE: Action taking has its own momentum also does excuses.
When you do something is a little bit harder than your ability you will get into flow state.
Browbeat yourself when its needed, what would i have changed a, day, week, year ago.
CORE Technique: Have a days where you just stay in a room just to ruminate, what you did
wrong or just rewire your autopilot actions.
Just know its not against you but its a stubborn ass animal that you have to get working for
you.
If your brain is giving you a hard time that means when you tame it will be amazing!
Where can find your strengths

Anything that puts you in good mood and that subtle baseline that you don't need consumer
society and women's validation.
Taking your happiness away from the women and your sex needs away from them(usually
fucking other womens, jack off, knowing you can go out get another one.)
It's okay to be needy because that needy feeling is telling you do something with you life
either get some friends or hobbies or just need to vent.
Neediness:
Friends can cure neediness!
or chocolate or just jerking off!
CORE: Have low baseline that you don't need friends or sex, but still have a lot of sex and
a lot friends
Best way to get out of your petty problems get better problems.

Yeah I mean it all works bro, NLP isn't just some magic shit they invented. Bandler and
Grinder basically just found extraordinarily effective therapists, CEOs, athletes, etc and
boiled down the language patterns and tonalities/body language, etc they used with
themselves and others. They were able to distill them down to a set of foundational success
principles and language tools to change your state of consciousness and directly affect the
nervous system. Definitely worth exploring, just don't look at it like it's the be all end all.
For instance if you read Unlimited Power by Tony Robbins, he says that NLP and his
strategies work about 80% effectively if you're not eating greens, exercising, taking action
on what you learned. The language patterns you use with yourself does actually rewire
your brain and emotional responses but if you don't take the action to cement those new
nervous responses outside of inner dialogue, you'll continue to have the same beliefs. Like
Owen said, you can get urself all pumped up and tell yourself you're the shit at home, but
once you go out to approach if you don't take the micro actions like opening all, laughing at
yourself, telling urself your approach was awesome no matter the outcome (all language
patterns and bodily movement designed to spike the nervous system) that someone would
take if he really were a cool, fun, sexual creature, you'll revert to your default patterns
which probably aren't positive if you just started pimping it lol. So yeah, NLP works, it's
just a tool in the toolbox and one badass way of understanding how our brains process and
create reality. Cool eh?
