Artist Application for Fort Myers Art Walk Art Vendor on First Street
Please sign me up as a First Street Vendor Artist. I understand that I will be listed in the Fort Myers
Art Walk e-blast and be mentioned in any and all media- releases. I agree to pay to the River District
Alliance the set-up fee of $75.00 for an Art Tent or $35.00 for an Art Table for each Art Walk. You
may also demo during the Art Walk. I also understand that I provide my own tent or table.

Artist will set-up between 5pm to 5:45pm and will be open from 6pm to 10pm

Art Tent and Table Vendors will be set up on the South side of First Street
between Monroe Street and Jackson Street.
