PROBLEM:

11.2.0.1 primary with physical standby
primary is enforced with below persistent configuration
CONFIGURE ARCHIVELOG DELETION POLICY TO APPLIED ON ALL STANDBY;
rman deletes the unapplied archived redo logs, when using "not backed up"
clause
backup archivelog all not backed up 1 times delete input;
If we don't include "not backed up" cluase, it does not remove the unapplied
archived redo logs. rman reports the warning message correctly
RMAN-8120: WARNING: archived log not deleted, not yet applied by standby

CONFIGURE ARCHIVELOG DELETION POLICY TO APPLIED ON ALL STANDBY;
cancel managed recovery at standby
Let it continue to receive arc logs from primary and not being applied
try to backup and delete the unapplied archive log sequence
backup archivelog sequence 10 not backed up 1 times delete input;
This will delete the arc log seq 10.

RELEASE NOTES:
]]If CONFIGURE ARCHIVELOG DELETION POLICY TO APPLIED ON ALL STANDBY and then
]]backing up archived log with option NOT BACKED UP <n> TIMES DELETE INPUT is
]]commanded from Primary, archived logs which have been backed up and not yet
]]APPLIED on Standby are incorrectly deleted. The configured ARCHIVELOG
]]DELETION POLICY is ignored.

1. RMAN CONFIGURE ARCHIVELOG DELETION POLICY TO APPLIED ON [ALL[ STANDBY
2. On DG Primary, BACKUP ARCHIVELOG ... NOT BACKED UP <n> TIMES DELETE INPUT
3. On DG Primary, V$ARCHIVED_LOG APPLIED='NO' and DELETED='YES' and BACKUP_COU
NT>0
